A series of book covers that with a shared element: a young main character who refuses to grow up. The points of view of each author revolve in showcasing the world they live in through a child’s eyes. In a fun and beautiful way, authors give valuable life lessons.
Mushrooms Field Guide
This series of watercolor illustrated booklets delves in the realm of mushrooms. Their leads through an overview of their use throughout history, a curated field guide of edible ones, and a closer look at of those that are poisonous. In a further study and research of these fungi, I developed a website using HTML and CSS that approaches the topic in a more interactive and educative way.
Aino
Designer Poster
Aino is a Sweden new-wave design agency on a mission to explore the creative playground of code. This poster was designed based on artist research, using a modular grid, a stylized photograph, and elements from the designer’s work.
Target Audience Report
Role: Rebranding / Illustration / Print
The project focuses on the rebranding for the non-profit organization Ibn Sina Foundation. The foundation provides integrated, preventive and primary care to low income and indigent families in a clinical setting throughout the Houston area and Port Arthur, Texas. The deliverables include a target audience report booklet and brochures for patients, volunteers, and donors.
Architecture Posters
For these posters the goal was to create two compositions that join typography and image using hierarchy and grid. I focused on making two architectural photographic exhibitions that showed the work of the renowned Spanish architect, Calatrava.
